Mission
The purpose of the Minneapolis Heart Institute is to provide a comprehensive range of cardiovascular medical services throughout our immediate geographic region, and to a lesser extent, to a national and international population.
Clinical services
MHI addresses the full range of heart-health needs: prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
Research
The MHI Foundation conducts extensive research to evaluate new preventive therapies and to study innovative treatment methods. It also explores the latest techniques to improve noninvasive and surgical procedures and to reduce the stress and costs of cardiac care without compromising quality.
